After interning with the Irish Fair of Minnesota (summer '17), I was asked to continue working with the fair as a freelance designer on their poster for 2018.

Experiencing the culture of the Irish Fair firsthand allowed me to produce this concept around their location - Harriet Island, St. Paul. The Irish Fair of Minnesota is deeply proud of and tied to this park, as it sets them apart from other Irish festivals in the region who use concrete fairgrounds.

This fun, summery, location-specific concept was a win with the directors right away.

This merchandise t-shirt was produced out of a desire to have a graphic with a fun, vintage feel while maintaining the complex knot-work that is distinctive of traditional Irish art.
