Amber and Scott's love story has taken them all over the country, but they wanted to celebrate where they live right now, the heart of Lowertown, St. Paul, with their engagement photos. We got up before the sun and had the place to ourselves as the gorgeous morning glow snuck around the historic high-rises and quaint restaurants.
Scott proposed to Amber during a trip to Prague. PRAGUE. It doesn't get more romantic than that.
