Madison and Connor are better together. I heard this over and over again from family, close friends, people that love them dearly. She propels him. He anchors her. Sounds like an unstoppable team to me.
This day was soaked in love. And not just the mushy kind. The hard work. Intention. Months of preparation. Planting and tending to a sunflower field, set to bloom precisely in time to make the most stunning ceremony backdrop. Clearing out pole barns. Sprucing up the gorgeous Laughing Horses Ranch property that Madison called home growing up. The Ranch took a weekend break from ministering to people through horses to throwing one heck of a party. From the potted nursery plants, loaned by a good friend, to the yards upon yards of string lights, tent setup, centerpiece arrangements, custom bar trailer and more - Madison and Connor's people rallied around them to pour their time, talents, and resources into throwing them the most heartfelt celebration.
And then, after saying their I do's, all their best friends piled into a hay wagon and rode a mile down the road to local legend, Deer's Bar, to get the party started.
As yes, their two dogs, Piper and Jovi made an appearance, just as I had hoped for.
